Great care is taken during the creation of each new lot to ensure the quality of the building area, maximize privacy, highlight natural features and maintain a low overall density of dwellings to forest. Each lot is designed with year round view control.
Each section of Gateway Mountain has its own unique character and terrain features. Sections located at higher elevations and on ridges tend to have the longest views. Direction of the views will vary with each different section. Sections in the lower areas tend to have more creeks and water features, shorter range views and are often more gently sloping.
